Had a lovely evening meal here with my wife and 15 year old daughter on Monday 14th April 2025. The location of the restaurant is second to none, being on the main square in the old town. The hostess was extremlely helpful and welcoming. The food was excellent, my wife and I both indulged in duck dishes from the set 26 Euro three course menu which was great value, good quality and very tasty. My daughter had burger with all the trimmings, which was also very good. During the evening a storm broke over Sarlat and we were treated to torrential rain and a thunderstorm as our meal ended - which was quite an experience! I would thoroughly recommend Le Bacchus for it's location, hospitality and quality of food and would certainly visit again.- Service

We tried this restaurant for lunch today, the service is great, good hospitality and the food is excellent. We mainly ordered a « Pierrade de Bœuf » and we were highly satisfied. Generous portions, tender meat, homemade fries. A very good experience and highly recommended.

The new owner really improve the service. We took the steak on hot stone. It was tender and tasty. Service is friendly and the patio is just amazing! So a great restaurant in Sarlat!

Stopped for a mid afternoon snack and drink whilst visiting this charming little town. We didnt stay very long and I would really like to return and stay a while. Good service, good food.

Stopped here while checking out market day. We had family of six and the waitress was very nice and accommodating.
